01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the JutBuzz platform at jutbuzz.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JutBuzz. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the JutBuzz platform.

These terms apply to all services offered by JutBuzz, including but not limited to casino games, mines-style games, fishing arcade games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and any promotional offers. Using any part of the JutBuzz platform — even without completing registration — constitutes partial acceptance of these terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use JutBuzz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one JutBuzz account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering on JutBuzz, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• Your JutBuzz account is personal to you and must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity that occurs under your JutBuzz account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact JutBuzz support immediately at [email protected].

JutBuzz reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point during your use of the platform. This may include requesting a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail verification checks will be suspended pending resolution.

04 Deposits

JutBuzz accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad only. All deposits must be made from a bKash or Nagad account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

• The minimum deposit on JutBuzz is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your JutBuzz wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• JutBuzz does not charge any processing fees on deposits.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in any game activity within 180 days may be subject to dormancy review.

JutBuzz reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, JutBuzz will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation before processing any further transactions.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from JutBuzz are processed to your registered bKash or Nagad account only. The name on your payment account must match the name on your JutBuzz account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on JutBuzz is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• JutBuzz does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or system maintenance may take longer to process.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.

JutBuzz reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending verification check, or an unresolved dispute on the account. In such cases, JutBuzz will contact the account holder within 24 hours to explain the reason for the delay.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

JutBuzz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general terms. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• JutBuzz welcome bonuses are available to new players only and can be claimed once per eligible account.
• All bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• JutBuzz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and the account suspended.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on JutBuzz — including Mines Gold, Captain Fisher, Ocean Lord, Jackpot Bingo, WM Live dealer tables, and Sports Events — operate on certified random number generators or live dealer systems. Game outcomes are determined independently of JutBuzz and cannot be influenced by the platform or its staff.

Published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game represent the theoretical long-term average payout and do not guarantee individual session results. Short-term results will naturally vary from the published RTP.

• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, JutBuzz reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JutBuzz and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account on JutBuzz.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets without manual input.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Attempting to launder money or use JutBuzz for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JutBuzz staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known bug must be reported and will be voided.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

JutBuzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the account holder.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting JutBuzz support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered bKash or Nagad account within 5 business days.
